This is a rare opportunity for the Lancaster Central School District to once again take the educational lead by offering a Leadership Academy, a unique and one of a kind student leadership developmental program that most school districts can only dream of. We should be proud of our accomplishments in the student leadership arena to date, but now is the time to be the first district to offer a structured leadership experience that will make a real and positive difference in our school and community, but most of all in our Lancaster student leaders.
