    ADDING HYPERLINKS TO ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR OWN WEB PAGES

     

    1.      Type the text you want to use as a hyperlink.

     

    2.      Type <A HREF=“?”> in front of the hyperlink text, replacing the ? with the “FILE NAME”  you want to link.

     

    3.      Type </A> at the end of the link text.

     

    Example to link to another page:

     

    <A HREF=“contact.html” >CONTACT US</A>

     

     

    ADDING HYPERLINKS TO ANOTHER WEBSITE

     

    1.      Type the text you want to use as a hyperlink.

     

    2.      Type <A HREF=“?”> in front of the hyperlink text, replacing the ? with the URL you want to link.

     

    3.      Type </A> at the end of the link text.

     

    Example to link to an outside page:

     

    <A HREF=“http://www.lancasterschools.org/lancasterms/site/default.asp” >Lancaster Middle School</A>

     

     

    ADDING HYPERLINKS TO AUDIO or VIDEO FILES

     

    1.      Type the text you want to use as a hyperlink.

     

    2.      Type <A HREF=“?”> in front of the hyperlink text, replacing the ? with the name of the audio or video file you want to link.

     

    3.      Type </A> at the end of the link text.

     

    Example to link a song:

               

    <A HREF=“I Smile You Smile.mp3” >I Smile You Smile</A>
