    High Intensity Need:

    Scores 1 or 2 on Grade 7-8 NYS ELA Assessment
    Scores two grade levels below grade level on Reading assessment(s)
    Scores 1 on Standardized Test
    Final classroom average below 50%

    Moderate Intensity Need:

    Scores “low or mid 2” on Grade 7-8 NYS ELA Assessment
    Scores one grade level below grade level on Reading assessment(s)
    Final class average 50-60%
    SST Recommendation

    Low Intensity Need:

    Scores “high 2” on Grade 8 NYS ELA Assessment
    Scores slightly below grade level on Reading assessment(s)
    Scores “high 2” on Standardized Test
    Final classroom average 72% or lower
    SST or Teacher Recommendation

    "Not used at this time"

    Low Intensity Need:

    Scores a 2 on NYS Grade 8 Math Assessment
    Teacher Recomendation
    Students with low level, but do not have room in their schedule
