  • Happy Thanksgiving!

    Hello,
      I said that in my Julia Child voice for all of you cooking show experts! It has been a wonderful start to the school year and now were are doing some really exciting things. Not only are we writing recipes, we are reading one of my favorite books, The Invention of Hugo Cabret, trying to displace people (It is my favorite spot Jason!) and this week I will be trying to learn to whistle. It is also Thanksgiving and I hope you are all thankful for your wonderful families and friends. I know that I am thankful for all of you!
        I saw that Alex posted about soccer intermurals and that you could talk about that here. What a great idea. So come on room 19 start writing. I promise to approve comments quickly. Have fun!

    Hello,
      Welcome to a new school year. I hope you are as excited about everything we will learn in room 19 as I am. The first day of school will be here before you know it. This has been a great summer and I am enjoying every minute. I hope you are too. To start our conversation, write and tell me the most exciting thing that has happened to you this summer. For me it has been playing with and trying not to be chewed on by my new puppy, Caesar!
