This next test will count as part of your second marking period music grade and audition into recorder ensemble.
Please Note: All third grade students are required to bring their recorder and recorder music to every music class for the entire school year. Students will lose points for not having their recorders and music with them. Students should be practicing their recorder music at home for a minimum of 15 minutes per day. Students wanting to play their recorders in the Winter and Spring Concert programs must demonstrate the ability to play the assigned songs with tonal and rhythmic accuracy and pass a recorder assessment test with a score of 4.
