Purpose:
 
The Lancaster Central School District is committed to creating a safe and positive learning environment for all students. Everyone within a school contributes to making the climate of a school warm, welcoming, and respectful. School climate is determined by many factors such as how students get along with each other, how students and adults treat each other, and how parents and school staff work together. The purpose of this survey is to assess how well we are doing with regard to school climate.
 
In order to get a broad understanding of how school climate is perceived, we are asking students, parents, and school staff to respond to this survey. The information we gather will tell us what we are doing well and where we can improve. This survey is anonymous. That means that the answers you provide will not be associated with you.
