Our vision for Lancaster Schools, families and their community is an environment where young people are healthy, caring, respectful, achieving, happy, responsible, and capable of identifying and communicating their needs. The community, which respects children and works together to engage youth, responds to youth needs, and is proactive in valuing children in holistic, unconditional and positive ways so that young people develop a hope for their future and will be a positive voice in the community.

MISSION
The Lancaster School-Community Collaboration creates a community of healthy and self-sufficient children and families by providing efficient, coordinated access to resources resulting in optimal student development and achievement in schools and community.
