Officer William Loewer is married with two sons. He has been a Lancaster Police Officer for more than 20 years and is certified as a Juvenile Officer and School Resource Officer. Officer Loewer previously served in his Department's Detective Bureau and was a member on the Emergency Response Team. Officer Loewer is a member of the State of New York Police Juvenile Officers Association as well as the National Association Of School Resource Officers. Officer Loewer's office can be found at the Lancaster Middle School.
