Senior immunization records are currently on the parent portal. They will be available to you from now until July 1. You are welcome to print as many copies as you need for college admission requirements, employers, etc. The information on these records is as current as what you have provided to us. Please keep a copy for yourself for future needs. After July 1 your child's name is removed from the parent portal and obtaining a copy of the immunization record will be more difficult as the Nurse's Office is closed during the summer months.If you have any questions regarding the parent portal, please email them to:firstname.lastname@example.org.
