Instructor Information
If you are interested in teaching a course through Lancaster’s Community Education program, please complete and submit the Course Application (link below). The document must be saved to your computer in order to fill in the information. Please provide a description of the course and the date/dates you would like to offer it. You will need to complete a separate course application for each course that you teach. If you need a gym or pool, please submit your request as soon as possible because space is limited. All courses are subject to director approval. Instructors will be notified.
Attention New Instructors:
***Deadline for the September to December 2025 Catalog is May 30, 2025***
There are three options for instructor payment:
- You can invoice us for the amount you need to collect per student.
- You can be paid a flat hourly rate through the district.
- You can offer your class for no pay.
New instructors, please email Rachel Simme at rsimme@lancasterschools.org with your course application (link above) and we will send the necessary paperwork to you.
Please refer to the Calendar 2025-2026 when selecting your course dates. Our September to December session starts on 9/8/2025 and ends on 12/19/2025.
Community Education courses are held Monday through Thursday.
Along with the scheduled school breaks, no classes will be held on the following dates at the listed locations, so please plan accordingly (please keep in mind that we do not have all available dates at this time - more may be added as we get closer to the new school year):
