Our vision for Lancaster Schools, families, and their community is an environment where young people are healthy, caring, respectful, achieving, happy, responsible, and capable of identifying and communicating their needs. The community, which respects children and works together to engage youth, responds to youth needs and is proactive in valuing children in holistic, unconditional, and positive ways so that young people develop hope for their future and will be a positive voice in the community.

Mission

The Family Support Center seeks to enrich the lives of children and families by building collaborative relationships with community partners, providing dynamic social, emotional, and educational programs, and assisting individuals in reaching their full potential.
