Hillview Elementary student Cece Rajczak earned the prestigious opportunity to take part in the Hit, Pitch, and Run competition held during the World Series in October. The third grader initially competed at the local level through Lancaster Depew Ponytails last summer, emerging victorious and subsequently receiving an invitation to participate in a regional competition in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her outstanding performance placed her among the top 4 nationally for girls aged 7-8, earning her an all-expense-paid trip to Game 2 of the World Series in Dallas, Texas, from October 27- 29. The memorable trip included attending a Game 1 watch party, witnessing Game 2 at Globe Life Field, and culminated with Cece’s participation in the Pitch, Hit, and Run finals. We’re excited to see what lies ahead in the athletic career for this young Legend.
