VIDEO: Seniors Enjoy 2026 Lancaster High School Grad Walk
Seniors in Lancaster High School's Class of 2026 were able to recall fond memories and share their appreciation for the teachers, administrators, mentors and supporters that shaped their academic journey during the annual Grad Walk.
With stops on June 10, 2026 at William Street School, Como Park Elementary School, Court Street Elementary School, Hillview Elementary School and John A. Sciole Elementary School, the seniors were able to meet with and inspire young students with their accomplishments and enthusiasm for their future opportunities.
Graduation is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24 at Shea's Performing Arts Center.

Lancaster High School’s Class of 2026 was encouraged to be brave in pursuing their goals as they brought their high school careers to a close.

As she was recognized by a regional teaching organization, Lancaster Middle School English teacher Alexis McTigue said she enjoyed helping students realize opportunities in reading and writing that they may have not always appreciated.

Michael Gembar, a teacher in the Lancaster Central School District for 23 years, was named to the New York State Master Teacher Program earlier this school year.
