The Lancaster Central School District's annual budget vote and election is Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Lancaster High School, One Forton Drive.  Voting takes place in the New Java Gym, so please use the north entrance. District vote results will be posted after 9:00 p.m. on May 21, 2024.  Please review the information below.

Proposition #1 2024-25 Budget Total:
$134,497,304
Proposition #2 Authorizes the Board of Education to expend $834,214 from the District’s existing School Bus Reserve Fund to purchase five (5) 65-passenger school buses.
Proposition #3 Authorizes the district to undertake a capital improvement project consisting of additions, alterations, renovations, improvements, and site work across the district’s facilities at a maximum amount of $143,700,000, with $16,000,000 from the district’s capital reserve fund contributed towards the project total.
Proposition #4 Authorizes the district to undertake a capital improvement project consisting of alterations, renovations, improvements, and site work at Lancaster High School at a maximum amount of $34,300,000. Proposition # 4 is contingent on whether (if and only if) Proposition # 3 is approved by the voters.
