Access to District records (not student records) will be consistent with the rules and regulations established by the New York State Committee on Open Government and will comply with all the requirements of the New York State Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
Requests for records can be submitted in writing to the District’s Records Access Officer, Jamie Phillips, Assistant Superintendent for Business & Support Services at 177 Central Avenue, Lancaster, NY 14086, or via email to jphillips@lancasterschools.org.
