School Physicals are Mandated by NYS for the following Grade Levels: K,1,3,5,7,9,11

1. I've included some information that you may find helpful and/or informative.
2. Allergy Safe snack lists can be found on the side menu
3. New York State requires Physicals in grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th and 11th. Also any new entrants require a Health Appraisal before entering school.
4. A NOTE RE: MEDICATIONS   Please also Remember ALL Medications (over the counter and/or prescription medication) that may need to be given in School REQUIRE a note from the physician and a note from the parent/guardian granting the nurse/school to administer the medication.          

June Information

WOW What a Crazy year, but we made it!  Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we negotiated this past year

I do have a few housekeeping items to address

Firstly: Any Medication that you have brought in for your child will need to be picked up by an ADULT.

NO MEDICATION will be sent home with the children

MEDICATION PICK UP: Wednesday June 23,  I will be available before school and until 3PM for you to pick up medication. 

Whatever is not picked up will be destroyed properly.

Physicals: 

Students in Grades Kindergarten, First and 3rd, and any new students to the district require a physical exam. This is mandated by New York State.
