• Flu Shots available to individuals 4 years of age and older.
• The best way to protect you and your family against the flu is to get a flu vaccine every year.

Bring your insurance card:

• Most insurance plans are accepted as payment (Aetna, BC/BS, Cigna, Excellus, IHA, Medicare, MVP, Univera, etc.).
• For those without insurance, the cost will be $45.00 per injection.
