SNAP Information
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is an available benefit to support your family to afford food right now. SNAP provides monthly grocery benefits for buying food at places you normally shop, like the grocery store. Monthly benefits can be up to $939 for a family of four.
To qualify for SNAP, your household’s income has to be below a certain level, generally the same amount as free or reduced-price school meals. To see if you’re eligible for SNAP, visit mRelief.com or text Food to 74544. Applying for and receiving SNAP will have no immigration consequences for those who apply or their families.
SNAP also supports our school and community! Receiving SNAP helps our school receive funding for education programming, school nutrition, internet access, school libraries, and helps more students receive meals at no cost both in-school and out-of-school.
