Daily Health Screening Process - Ruvna

Per our reopening plan, and as discussed in the information meetings, parents must monitor their children daily for signs of COVID-19 and complete a health questionnaire prior to boarding a bus or entering any school facility. Beginning September 8, 2020, a daily health assessment (from Ruvna Health) will be sent each morning at 6:30am via text message or email to the parents/guardians of each student. The text/email will include a link to click and answer a series of questions. There is no need to install an app.

The first four cell phone numbers listed in the parent or guardian section of the eSchool parent portal, along with the primary email addresses listed, will be contacted by the Ruvna system. Each of these contacts will receive the daily health assessment. Although the assessment will be delivered to up to four  people/addresses each day it can only be completed once.

If you have more than one student enrolled in the district, you will receive one message.  Upon clicking the link, you will be able to differentiate among students and answer a separate questionnaire for each student.

Please note the health assessment must be completed daily; however, you may stop receiving texts or emails by texting “STOP” as a reply to the Ruvna text or by clicking “unsubscribe” from a Ruvna email.

If you have any questions or issues with Ruvna, please email healthassessment@lancasterschools.org.
