Rite Aid Vaccine Clinic for Lancaster Students

Rite Aid is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for LCSD students 12 years of age and older at Lancaster High School. We are excited they are willing to provide this opportunity to students and families interested in receiving the vaccination.


The first dose is scheduled to be administered on Friday, May 28, 2021 after school hours. The second dose is scheduled to be administered around Friday, June 18, 2021.


You and your child will receive a vaccine questionnaire/consent form upon arrival at the vaccination site to be completed prior to the vaccination. For those under age 18 years, please see COVID-19 Consent for Vaccination of Minors:


    • Who
      • All LCSD students 12 years of age and older who want to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Students will be required to show a student ID prior to vaccination.
      • Parents are required to be present for the student’s vaccination.
    • What
      • Those interested will receive the Pfizer vaccine at no cost. The second dose will be approximately 21 days after the first.

    • Where
      • The clinic for both the first and second dose will be at Lancaster High School.
      • LHS cafeteria (north end of the building)
      • Please park in the north lot closest to Foyle-Kling football field and the Java Gymnasium.
    • When
      • Friday, May 28, 2021 for LCSD students at your designated appointment time (after school hours).
      • Each student must wait 15 minutes following the vaccination before leaving LHS.
